Attract Love
Hello. This is Arthur. Welcome to this guided meditation. Attracting Love. Today we will practice powerful manifestation techniques to manifest and attract love into our lives.
Before we start, bring to your mind any goal or vision that you would like to make a reality, any dream situation regarding love that you would like to manifest, maybe love in the form of a relationship or friendship, or maybe an idea of love and care around your family and connect deeply with that you are wishing for.
Now find yourself a quiet and safe place. A place where you can reasonably be undisturbed. Take a comfortable sitting posture, either on a chair or maybe cross-legged on a cushion on the floor. Whatever position you choose, it should allow you to be stable and comfortable for the duration of this session.
Straighten your back by sitting long and tall and take a few deep breaths through your nose. Breathe in mindfully and breathe out letting go. Any tension in your body or your mind. Breathe in again.
Filling your lungs with fresh air. And breathe out. Letting go of ay anxiety or tensions, as you exhale.
Good. To attract love, it is very important to first find and connect with your own Self-Love and generate a disposition of love and care towards yourself. So we will start by lightly calling to mind your own good qualities. Let these qualities remind you of what's good in you. What touches your heart about yourself. Then gently offer this classic wish of loving kindness to yourself.
Choose phrases that best speak to your heart. May I feel safe and protected? May I feel happy and peaceful? May I feel healthy and strong?
See and feel yourself as being a dear friend to yourself.
It might help to first imagine the warm and tenderness you might feel towards an infant or a kitten or a puppy. As innocent as these small creatures can be., experience how your face softens and your heart expands in their presence.
Now imagine directing these same feelings of warmth and tenderness to yourself. And repeat inwardly: May I be happy? I deserve to be happy. I am worthy of true love.
Between each phrase, pause just a moment to drop your awareness down to your body, to your heart, in particular note, and accept whatever sensations arise there. Know that this practice is more than just repetition of phrases. The phrase simply opens the door to a chance for you to condition your heart, to be more open, accepting and kinder towards yourself.
I love myself. I am happy to be who I am.
I fully embrace and accept myself.
Good. Now place your hands gently over your thighs with palms facing up towards the sky. An open receiving position. And let's take a few moments to simply feel your body right here resting in space. And as you start to settle down and relax. Bring your vision of true love to your mind again, as we did at the beginning. Reconnecting with your intention. This time, visualize it as clearly as you can. Make it sharp. Vivid and detailed on your mind. How does it look?
Is there someone with you? Where exactly are you in this image?
Once you have a clear image of your goal or vision in front of you, go ahead and step into the picture. That's right. Walk into your dream and make it your reality. Be present with it in all its clarity and intensity. It is a reality now. Look around you. What can you see?
How does it feel? Experience it fully. This is now your reality. Can you hear any sounds around you? How does your body feel this moment in your mind? Feel all those positive emotions coming up. And allow them to be there. Allow yourself to enjoy this moment and stay there for a few moments.
Know that you are powerfully connected with love itself.
You are a manifestation of the loving nature of the universe. And you have the power to attract true love. Listen to the following phrases and let them resonate inside you feel them coming from within you as if you were hearing it from your own inner voice.
You may say them alone or to yourself if you like:
I have the power to manifest and create my reality.
I am connected with the source of love.
I am in sync with nature and the whole universe.
I am a manifestation of the loving nature of creation.
I have manifested my dream.
Nothing will stop my dreams to reality.
I am grateful for this practice.
I am grateful for this opportunity.
This manifestation has been successful.
I have attracted perfect and true love.
As these words reverberate within yourself, put your hands to the middle of your chest and feel how happy you are, how much joy is around you, how deeply accomplished you feel, how proud of yourself, and how wonderful it feels. Allow these emotions to grow and expand until your whole being is immersed in them.
And in this way, be assured of the reality of this manifestation. It is done. It will manifest. And you will now rest in the certainty that it will come at perfect timing.
Stay there for a few moments with that feeling of accomplishment. Bring the hands back down to your thighs now. Take a deep breath. And let go.
Trusting that you can manifest anything into being. You have the power to attract anything you resonate with. You are connected with love. Love is your nature. You are the creator of your reality.
Now bring your attention back to your body, feeling its weight on the chair or the cushion.
And as we close this session, take a few moments to feel grateful. Feel grateful for the love that you have just attracted. Grateful for this practice and grateful for who you are.
And if you feel like it, you can whisper “thank you” to the universe. And whenever you feel ready started gently move your fingers, your shoulders, your neck, stretch any part of your body that you feel like, and gently open your eyes.
