The following rules and regulations contained in this document, together with all other documents pages on this website, form Arthur (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) Terms and Conditions (“T&C”, “Terms”).
Your access to the http://psychicarthur.com/ (the "Website") is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Your use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are applicable to any service listed on the website and apply to all visitors and users of the website. Arthur reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should periodically refer to this document and the Website.
TERMS OF ARTHUR’S SERVICE
Eligibility
To access this services, you must be 21 years of age or older.
Sessions
1. A Reading Session with Arthur combines his direct insights and direct questions regarding the people and situations in your life. We suggest you have questions prepared in advance. We look forward to speaking with you.
2. Reading sessions with Arthur are designed to be personal one-on-one calls.
3. Arthur will call you directly on the phone number you provide in the original reservation form via audio and video calls via Phone or Zoom. All rights are reserved.
4. No recording of the session is allowed due to existing audio and video rights contracts and restrictions, which include Zoom.
5. Please do not send background information to our Office Team or Arthur related to upcoming sessions in advance of your session unless otherwise requested.
6. Arthur and the Office Team will not accept, review, or respond to any background information you provide in advance related to upcoming sessions with Psychic Arthur due to strict confidentiality reasons.
7. Once you complete your session with Arthur by staying on the call for the duration of the session, we do not offer any refunds of any kind. If you believe you are not getting the information you require during the session, please notify us within the first 10 minutes of your session. If you go through with the session after the 10-minute point, we determine you are deriving value from the session.
8. All sessions start and stop at times listed on your reservation forms.
9. Due to the back-to-back nature of session bookings, we cannot go over the allotted time for your session, which means that in some cases, your session may end immediately at the given time to allow us to move to the next session call.
10. All sessions with Psychic Arthur are completely Confidential. Arthur and his team do not answer any specific questions related to sessions via email. Please do not ask for any follow-up information after completing your session with Arthur.
11. No authorizations are given or implied to record or distribute information obtained from readings with Arthur.
12. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time for any reason.
Liability/Indemnity
You claim full responsibility for the choices and actions taken based on the content of your reading. Using this service, you release Arthur, all associates, and all associated companies and entities of all liability due to any actions you take by using this service.
By using this service, you agree you will not take any action across social media channels, conventional media, or social media platforms that would disparage Arthur. Further, you hold Arthur and all related parties harmless and free from liabilities due to decisions you make by using this service.
Payment
All prices shown on our website are in USD (US Dollars). Please remember to convert these prices into your local currency. If you are an International client, your actual credit card or debit card charges will be converted into your local International currency when you receive your final payment invoice on your credit card or debit card statement.
Please be advised that all credit card charges will be listed and show up on your Credit Card Statement as PSYCHICARTHUR.COM.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours is mandatory for all rescheduling requests. In the case of rescheduling requests that the office receives in less than 24 hours from the session start, we cannot guarantee a successful rescheduling request.
A minimum 12-hour notice is mandatory for all cancellation requests. In the case of cancellation requests received by the office in less than 12 hours from the session start, we do not offer any refund.
If you miss your scheduled session time and fail to notify the office in advance, you will be charged for the entire session time. Please note the office team sends out session time/date confirmation emails at the time of the original booking and again 24 hours in advance of the session as a reminder.
TERMS OF WEBSITE USE AND CONSENT
The words, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through this Website (“Content”) is our property and is protected by United States intellectual property laws.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Our Site, you promise to submit true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process, and to update that information as needed to keep it accurate.
You undertake to use Our Site exclusively for authorized purposes and not to utilize the facilities to engage in or perpetrate unlawful behavior.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these terms.
